Additional Actions in Kiosk - Facility Center
In Kiosk, click the Cancel button in the toolbar at the top-left of the window to navigate back to the previous page.

Look up a person in Kiosk
To look up a person in Kiosk:

Navigate to Legacy Menu > Facility Center > Kiosk.
The Call Center Manager window opens.

Click the Find People button on the toolbar at the top of the window.
The Find People pop-up window opens.

Enter the First Name, Last Name, Company, or Provider ID into the provided fields.

Click the Search button.
The system pulls up the records of the people who match your search criteria.

Repeat steps 3-4 to conduct another search.

Once you are done looking up people, you may close the window.
View Building Contacts in Kiosk
To view the contacts for a building in Kiosk:

Navigate to Legacy Menu > Facility Center > Kiosk.
The Call Center Manager window opens.

Click the Open button in the toolbar at the top-left of the window.

Enter the Work Request number, the Work Order number, the Status, or the name of the Agent in the fields at the top of the window to search for your work request.

Press the Enter key on your keyboard to submit your search.
Your work request opens.

Click the Building Contacts link underneath the Dates section.
The Building Contacts section appears below the Floor and Room fields.

Click the Cancel button once you are done viewing the contacts.
The Building Contacts section closes.
View Building Events in Kiosk
To view the events for a building in Kiosk:

Navigate to Legacy Menu > Facility Center > Kiosk.
The Call Center Manager window opens.

Click the Open button in the toolbar at the top-left of the window.

Enter the Work Request number, the Work Order number, the Status, or the name of the Agent in the fields at the top of the window to search for your work request.

Press the Enter key on your keyboard to submit your search.
Your work request opens.

Click the Building Events link underneath the Dates section.
The Building Events section appears below the Floor and Room fields.

Click the Cancel button once you are done viewing the events.
The Building Events section closes.
View Building History in Kiosk
To view the history of a building in Kiosk:

Navigate to Legacy Menu > Facility Center > Kiosk.
The Call Center Manager window opens.

Click the Open button in the toolbar at the top-left of the window.

Enter the Work Request number, the Work Order number, the Status, or the name of the Agent in the fields at the top of the window to search for your work request.

Press the Enter key on your keyboard to submit your search.
Your work request opens.

Click the Building History link underneath the Dates section.
The Building History section appears below the Additional Notification section.

Use the search filters to determine the date range of the building history you want to view.

Click the Search button.
The building history which fits your search criteria appears in a table.
Note:You can click the links in the Work Request column to view more details about the work requests.

Click the Cancel button once you are done viewing the building history.
The Building History section closes.
Follow-Up with Dispatch in Kiosk
To follow-up on a dispatch in Kiosk:

Navigate to Legacy Menu > Facility Center > Kiosk.
The Call Center Manager window opens.

Click the Open button in the toolbar at the top-left of the window.

Enter the Work Request number, the Work Order number, the Status, or the name of the Agent in the fields at the top of the window to search for your work request.

Press the Enter key on your keyboard to submit your search.
Your work request opens.

Click the Dispatch Follow-up link underneath the Dates section.
The Dispatch Follow-up section appears below the Additional Notification section.

Select the option button for the Dispatch Method used for the communication.

In the Send To section, select the check boxes for who the work request should be sent to.

In the Follow-Up Message section, select whether all descriptions or only the original description should be sent.

Add an additional message.
If you want to include an additional message:

Select the Include Additional Message check box.
-
Enter your message in the field below the check box.
-

Click the Submit button.
Your follow-up was submitted.
View CAD Drawings in Kiosk
To view a CAD drawing, you must have DWF Viewer software installed.

To view CAD drawings in Kiosk:

Navigate to Legacy Menu > Facility Center > Kiosk.
The Call Center Manager window opens.

Click the Open button in the toolbar at the top-left of the window.

Enter the Work Request number, the Work Order number, the Status, or the name of the Agent in the fields at the top of the window to search for your work request.

Press the Enter key on your keyboard to submit your search.
Your work request opens.

Click the View CAD Drawings link underneath the Dates section.
The CAD Viewer window opens.
View Lease Documents in Kiosk
To view lease documents in Kiosk:

Navigate to Legacy Menu > Facility Center > Kiosk.
The Call Center Manager window opens.

Click the Open button in the toolbar at the top-left of the window.

Enter the Work Request number, the Work Order number, the Status, or the name of the Agent in the fields at the top of the window to search for your work request.

Press the Enter key on your keyboard to submit your search.
Your work request opens.

Click the View Lease Documents link underneath the Dates section.
The Lease Documents section appears below the Floor and Room fields.

Select the appropriate Lease ID from the Lease ID field.
The lease documents appear in the Documents table.
