Site Administration

The Site Administration link in the menu gives you access to four admin workspaces, and four custom field managers:

• The Building Manager gives you the ability to manage the building records that workspace records can be associated with.

• The User Manager gives you the ability to manage people records and BIG users all in one place.

• The Company Manager gives you the ability to organize people records under a parent company.

• The Equipment Manager gives you the ability to create and manage equipment records.

• The Custom Field Managers in this menu give you the ability to manage the custom fields for the Building Manager, the Invoices workspace, the Purchase Orders workspace, and the Equipment Manager.
