Work Management
The Work Management module consists of the Work Requests workspace and the Legacy Facility Center software. The Work Management module allows you to manage all aspects of maintenance on your properties. You can use the Work Management module to manage Preventative Maintenance, which can be planned in advance—such as recurring maintenance or inspections—and On-Demand Maintenance, which cannot be planned in advance—such as when something unexpectedly breaks or springs a leak. In this section, you will learn about the different aspects of the Work Management module and how you can use it to accomplish your goals.
