Sublease Detail Section - Equipment Lease Workspace

If a user finds that they are not utilizing their equipment to full capacity, they may decide to rent it to someone else. This is called a sublease. The Sublease detail section allows users to see any subleases associated with a lease.

To perform actions in this detail section, you need to be able to see the Details pane. Click the List View, Summary View, and Map View buttons to toggle different content views. For more information about different content views, see the Content Views section of the Common Attributes of Workspaces page.

ClosedView a Sublease

To view a sublease:

  1. Open the Equipment Lease workspace.

  2. Select the equipment lease whose sublease you want to view.

  3. Select the Sublease detail section from the Detail Section menu.

  4. Select the sublease you want to view.

  5. Click the View Sublease button Pictured is a button that looks like an eye. in the toolbar on the right side of the Details pane.

    The Equipment Leases window opens. The window displays the sublease. The sublease's detail sections appear in the Detail Section menu.

    To take any action on the sublease, you will need to open it in the Equipment Lease workspace.

  6. Click the See in Workspace button Pictured is a small button that looks like a circle with the letter i in its center. to open the sublease in a new tab.
