You may recall that in July of 2018, Accruent was acquired by Fortive. As a part of this acquisition, Fortive is standardizing the branding of its products across the board. The look of the Online Help has been updated to match this branding.

This GET call returns all information for all budget line items from the approved budget of a project. You can also filter the results of this API call to a single line item by entering a value for the worklistItemID parameter.

We’ve fixed a bug that incorrectly used the wrong date to determine if an invoice needed to be created.
December 05, 2019	19.11.1	Building Manager Leases Lease Invoice	You can now work with your custom fields in the Property Detail section of the Building Manager workspace. The general ledger associated with an expense item will now display when you select an expense to view or edit. Line item summation for new invoices has been improved. We've fixed a bug that displayed an error when editing the cost of items and expenses.

October 31, 2019	19.10.1	Lease Invoice Work Management	The new Reports user guide will help you get the most out of Report Center. We've removed the limit on the number of invoices that can be approved or sent for approval at one time in the update BIGCenter.
October 17, 2019	19.09.2	Lease Invoice Building Manager Purchase Orders Work Requests Reports	Approval actions have been added to the Summary details section if Lease Invoice workspace. We've delivered improvements and fixes for the Building Manager, Purchase Orders, Work Requests, and Reports workspaces.
October 03, 2019	19.09.1	Leases	The system now display positive values in journal entries after a lease expense is increased and updated, and the accounting entry is re-measured.
September 19, 2019	19.08.2	Lease Invoice	New filters have been added to the Filter Panel in the Lease Invoice workspace.

August 22, 2019	19.07.3	Leases Lease Invoice	A Period Range filter has been added to the Filter Panel in the Lease Invoice workspace, allowing you to filter between a specific range of dates. Additionally, custom filters created in the Leases workspace are now available in the Filter Panel of the Lease Invoice workspace.
August 08, 2019	19.07.2	Lease Invoice	A new Send for Payment action has been added to the Collections view of the Lease Invoice workspace.
July 25, 2019	19.07.1	Documents Leases	In the upgraded BIGCenter, if a document is associated with a record—for example, a tenant inducement in the Leases workspace—the system warns you that the document is linked to a record. If you proceed with the deletion, the document is un-linked from the record and then deleted.
July 11, 2019	19.06.2	Leases Lease Invoice Report Center	If you select Owned from the Leased/Owned field in the Create Lease page, a new Ownership Details section now appears. This section contains informational fields from legacy that were used to track ownership data. When you select lease invoices to approve, your Expense Invoice Threshold and your Income Invoice Threshold now appear in the Summary detail section of the Approve Invoices window. These fields display your approval limits for expense and income invoices.

June 13, 2019	19.05.2	Building Manager Lease Invoice Leases Reports Work Requests	New filter added to Income & Expenses detail sections of Lease and Equipment Lease workspaces. You can now add a Document button to the toolbar of the Property detail section in the Building Manager workspace. You now have the ability to filter by custom fields from the Transactions workspace on the Legacy > Project Center > Reports > Transaction Reports page.
May 23, 2019	19.05.1	Building Manager Leases Project Center Transactions	A new Property detail section was added to the Building Manager workspace. This new feature enables you to edit the property information for a building. A new Transaction Reports page has been added to legacy Project Center. This page enables you to report on the transaction data via the legacy menu. The procedure for generating transactions reports is in the release notes document. The BIGCenter release schedule will change starting with the 19.05.2 release. The updated release schedule is available here.
May 9, 2019	19.04.2		Client-specific security fixes Security fixes for two specific clients have been delivered with this release, and the clients will be contacted by their representative at Accruent. The fixes have already been tested with the affected clients before the rollout of the release. Other fixes In addition to the security fixes mentioned above, with every release we address internally identified vulnerabilities. These fixes improve the security of the product.

April 11, 2019	19.03.2	Accounting Period Manager Building Manager Leases Reports	After the change to the way legacy BIGCenter handled PDF outputs, some legacy reports needed to be reformatted. Excess white space between the header and report data has been removed. Banded rows display in Firefox or Chrome by default, but they are not supported in Microsoft Edge. In order to print the banded rows in Internet Explorer, you must first enable a setting in your browser. Click here for detailed instructions.
March 28, 2019	19.03.1	Leases Report Center	A new Quarterly Quantitative Disclosure report has been added to Report Center. This report functions similarly to the Quantitative Disclosure report, but it allows the user to select a quarter prior to being run.
March 14, 2019	19.02.2	Lease Accounting Manager Leases Portfolio Center Report Center Transactions	A new View Lease action has been added to the Buildings & Leases detail section of the Transactions workspace. There have been three updates to how the system handles discount rate rules for leases.

The BIGCenter team has consolidated some functions in the Options detail section of the Leases and Equipment Lease workspaces. The following changes have been made: The Edit Option window is now labeled as the Option Details window. The Comments field in the Base detail section has been relabeled Option Notes. You can add, edit, and delete comments on an option in the Comments detail section of the Option Details window. Previously, option costs were managed using the Manage Option Costs action. Now, option costs can be managed in the Option Costs detail section of the Option Details window. Note: To learn more about these changes, see the Options pages of the Lease and Equipment Lease modules. A new Reportwriter report has been created for use with the above enhancement. The Lease Options with Comments report returns a list of all comments associated with a lease option, with each comment listed as a separate line. The Lease Options with Comments report can be accessed via Legacy > Portfolio Center > Lease > Reports.
January 3, 2019	18.11.2 18.12.1	Release Notes	General Invoices Lease Portfolio Center Programs Project Center Reports	A new Invoice Total field in the Line Items detail section of the Invoices workspace displays the total currency value of the invoice. The legacy Recurring Interval field now appears in the Options detail section of the Leases workspace. This field allows you to specify the interval at which you want options to repeat—examples include every six months or every year. The legacy Staff field now appears in the Occupied Areas section of the Summary detail section of the Leases workspace. This field is used to notate how many individuals occupy the space. You can now add or edit documents on archived leases.
December 6, 2018	18.11.1	Release Notes	Lease	Due to a holiday blackout period on the Accruent calendar, the 18.11.2 and 18.12.1 releases will come out simultaneously, on January 3, 2019. The release notes for these two releases will be consolidated into one document. This change will not affect product service or support availability. The new object attribute Lease > INVOICE_CREATE controls whether a user class has the ability to create invoices. The LMD_MAIN.ASP.AMOUNT_REFUNDED object attribute now toggles the following settings: Shows / Hides the Refund Amount field in the Add / Edit Security Deposit windows. Shows / Hides the Refund Amount column in the Security Deposit detail section. Shows / Hides the Refund Amount field in the print abstract. Additionally, the BIGCenter team made modifications to the LMD_MAIN.ASP.REFUND_DATE object attribute, which now toggles the following settings: Shows / Hides the Refund Date field in the Add / Edit Security Deposit windows. Shows / Hides the Refund Date column in the Security Deposit detail section. Shows / Hides the Refund Date field in the print abstract.
November 29, 2018	18.10.3	Release Notes	Documents Equipment Lease Lease Project Template Manager Report Center	When a premise is changed on a lease, the system now changes your allocation type to Percent. When a classification test changes your lease classification, the system asks if you want to update your general ledgers. When the user re-measures a lease accounting schedule, the system now only includes direct costs where the Included flag is set to Yes.
November 8, 2018	18.10.2	Release Notes	Leases Portfolio Center Project Initiation Projects Work Requests	There is a new update to how Legacy PDF output is generated. To learn how to generate PDFs in Legacy, click here. If you want to continue creating PDFs, we recommend that you acquire PDF conversion software. If you are a Windows 10 or Mac OSX user, your system should already have integrated Print to PDF functionality. This change will not impact content generated in the upgraded version of BIGCenter.
October 25, 2018	18.10.1	Release Notes	Building Manager ESS Portal Leases Portfolio Center Project Center Purchase Orders Security settings Work Requests	The Building field in the Add / Edit Allocation window in the Purchase Orders workspace has been enhanced. Now, when you click the Building field, the building associated with the project will appear in a field. A new Delete Transaction action has been added to the Project Center > Administration > Miscellaneous page. You can now request a custom persistent banner at the top of the page in the ESS Portal. This banner can be used to communicate information to users regarding maintenance requests. Note: This functionality is not assigned automatically. Please reach out to [email protected] for assistance in applying this feature to your instance of BIGCenter. Users who have read-only access to a workspace cannot use the View in Workspace button to jump to the workspace.
